What Was Achieved

Westwood Energy installed 15.39kW of PV to this new build day care nursery in East Yorkshire. We worked inline with the client’s other contractors to ensure a smooth delivery and in keeping with their timelines. We also deployed SolarEdge’s Firefighter Gateway, ensuring safe and rapid DC shutdown when triggering of the buildings fire alarm system occurred.

This system was installed as part of a wider build to extend the existing nursery, deploying PV, heat pumps along with a wide range of environmentally friendly building techniques, ensuring the development of a state of the art facility.

This installation is phase one of a two part scheme which will eventually deliver 33kW of PV generation.
