Our products come with robust warranties covering both equipment and workmanship, along with dedicated aftercare support to ensure your solar system operates at peak performance for years to come.
Warranty
The technology we install is backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranties which cover you for up to 30 years. Our installations are also fully compliant with the requirements of regulatory bodies and insurance companies
These include:
- SolarEdge Technologies: 25-year product warranty on optimisers, 12-year product warranty on inverters.
- Sunfixings mounting solution: 25-year product warranty.
- Trina tier 1 standard solar panels: 25-year product warranty, 30-year performance warranty,.
- Electrical components: We use leading manufacturers for all electrical components including Schneider.
In addition to this, our warranty promise covers the installation itself, LVAC and cabling. Full warranty details are available from our team.
Aftercare
Following the completion of your project, we want to ensure that your installation continues operating at its peak for years to come. We will monitor the performance of your installation and carry out regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation and to enable us to spot potential problems early on.
This also includes working with you on your export agreement and suppliers to agree your tariff on what is typically an annual basis. We are also available for unscheduled maintenance if the unexpected happens.
Module level performance monitoring
We will monitor your system to ensure any issues are spotted immediately and responded to quickly by our maintenance team, keeping downtime to a minimum and ensuring optimum efficiency.
