Jack Oxtoby
Managing Director
Jack has over 12 years of experience in the PV sector, with a strong foundation in agriculture and extensive expertise across various industries. He has successfully overseen the deployment of more than 25MW of PV installations nationwide. In 2016, Jack founded Westwood with the vision of becoming the industry leader in commercial-scale PV. Alongside his vast industry knowledge, Jack holds qualifications in IOSH and PV surveying, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field.
James Lee
Director
James’ focus is providing leadership and high-level strategy to support fast growth start-ups who are building niche, innovative solutions and products. James has seed-invested real estate platforms, e-mobility, prop tech and agri-technology. He chairs several companies and mentors’ boards across a range of sectors.
Mark Tudor
Head of Technical
Mark brings over 20 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale commercial electrical installation projects across the UK. He is a highly qualified electrical engineer with expertise in design and verification and holds testing and inspection certifications at the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor level. In addition, Mark is a certified HV Authorised Person and has extensive qualifications in the design, implementation, and maintenance of PV, EV, and EESS systems. He is also IOSH trained, ensuring a strong commitment to health and safety in all aspects of his work.
Becca Lloyd
Finance & HR
Becca joined the finance team in 2021 and quickly expanded her role to serving as our Export Metering and Contracts Lead. With extensive experience, she plays a vital role in obtaining the best deals for our customers, maximising their revenue and utilising surplus energy.
Oliver Wilkinson
Designer
Oliver, a skilled designer with a degree in Physics, joined Westwood in 2022. Specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering, he focuses on designing efficient solar PV systems. Oliver is committed to continually developing his electrical design knowledge to stay up to date with regulations. With a strong foundation in renewable energy principles, he is dedicated to advancing clean energy solutions and reducing carbon footprints, making him a valuable asset to the team.
Dave Suddaby
Project Manager
Dave possesses extensive expertise in project management, roofing, and Solar PV installations, having installed his first PV system in 2011. With a solid background in roofing and cladding, shed building, and team leadership, Dave is responsible for overseeing our nationwide roof-mounted installations. He holds comprehensive health and safety qualifications across all areas, including working at heights and emergency first aid, ensuring the highest standards of safety on every project.
Joe Butterworth
Project Manager
Joe holds a degree in Engineering and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He joined Westwood in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of practical experience from his agricultural background. Joe currently leads our nationwide ground mount installations and holds a range of relevant construction health and safety certifications, including a Manager’s CSCS and an Operator’s Training Certificate for EWT wind turbines.
Chris Styles
Commercial Director
Chris leads commercial development, focusing on sales strategy, partnerships, and client engagement for PV and EV solutions. With 12+ years' experience in the Agricultural, Commercial, and Education sectors, he specialises in energy-saving and renewable solutions, often leveraging capex-free “as-a-Service” funding. Coming from a Big-4 consulting background, he is client-focused and data-driven, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients through clear goals, close collaboration, and cost-effective solutions.
Jessica High
Office Manager
Jess is a certified CMI Manager with over 14 years of experience in the merchant industry, specialising in retail and commercial customer relations. She joined Westwood in January 2025 and is responsible for overseeing HR functions within the company. Jess has a proven track record in driving business growth, optimising operations, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service while ensuring seamless and efficient operations for the business, all while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
