Jack Oxtoby

Jack has over 12 years of experience in the PV sector, with a strong foundation in agriculture and extensive expertise across various industries. He has successfully overseen the deployment of more than 25MW of PV installations nationwide. In 2016, Jack founded Westwood with the vision of becoming the industry leader in commercial-scale PV. Alongside his vast industry knowledge, Jack holds qualifications in IOSH and PV surveying, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in the field.

Mark Tudor

Mark brings over 25 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale commercial electrical installation projects, including LV and HV systems, across the UK. His technical department oversees all HV/LV systems and custom-designed control projects nationwide, including bespoke TX/HV installations and LV kiosks.

He is a highly qualified electrical engineer with extensive expertise in design and verification and holds testing and inspection certifications at NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor level. Mark is also a certified HV Authorised Person and holds multiple qualifications in the design, implementation, and maintenance of PV, EV, and EESS systems. IOSH trained, he maintains a strong commitment to detail and health and safety in all aspects of his work.

Chris Styles

Chris leads commercial development, focusing on sales strategy, partnerships, and client engagement for PV and EV solutions. With 12+ years' experience in the Agricultural, Commercial, and Education sectors, he specialises in energy-saving and renewable solutions, often leveraging capex-free “as-a-Service” funding. Coming from a Big-4 consulting background, he is client-focused and data-driven, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients through clear goals, close collaboration, and cost-effective solutions.

Vicky Peat

Vicky joined Westwood in October 2025 and is a qualified ACCA accountant with over 17 years of experience in the accounting industry. She is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the business. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance, Vicky ensures efficient and streamlined financial management while supporting the continued growth and stability of the company.

Oli Wilkinson

Oli joined Westwood in 2022 following his graduation from university and has since become an integral part of the design and development team. He plays a key role in delivering projects from initial concept through to handover, ensuring that attention to detail, quality, and safety remain at the forefront of every stage.

Through continuous professional development and ongoing training, Oli stays aligned with the latest technologies and advancements within the renewables and energy sector. Supported by a strong portfolio of electrical and design qualifications, he brings technical precision and a forward-thinking approach to every project.

Matt Rea

Matt brings over six years of experience in the design of Solar PV systems, delivering projects ranging from domestic rooftop installations to multi-megawatt ground-mounted and commercial rooftop schemes. Since joining Westwood in 2026, he has applied his expertise in industry-standard design software, including PVsyst and AutoCAD, to develop tailored solar solutions that meet client requirements while carefully addressing the technical and site-specific challenges of each project. His strong technical capability and attention to detail ensure efficient, compliant, and high-performing system designs.

Barry Maunder

Barry brings over 50 years of experience in LV and HV electrical systems within the heavy commercial and industrial sectors. For the past 20 years, he has worked as an AP and SAP Switching Engineer, with a strong focus on HV design and bespoke control panel solutions. He specialises in the design, costings, implementation, and maintenance of HV infrastructure, including metering, repairs, supply, and custom G99/G100 control panels, supporting both new and legacy systems.
Barry plays a key role in delivering tailored HV solutions and managing ongoing maintenance across complex LV and HV networks. A highly qualified HV SAP and electrical engineer, Barry holds certifications in safe isolation, testing, and HV operations, along with a CSCS card, demonstrating his commitment to safety and technical excellence.

Dave Suddaby

Dave possesses extensive expertise in project management, roofing, and Solar PV installations, having installed his first PV system in 2011. With a solid background in roofing and cladding, shed building, and team leadership, Dave is responsible for overseeing our nationwide roof-mounted installations. He holds comprehensive health and safety qualifications across all areas, including working at heights and emergency first aid, ensuring the highest standards of safety on every project.

Sarah Marshall

Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in operations and customer service, supported by a strong background in quality management and compliance. At Westwood, she serves as the central point of coordination across all departments, ensuring effective communication and streamlined processes throughout the business. Her structured approach and sharp attention to detail play a key role in maintaining the high operational standards that underpin the company’s continued growth and success.
