Like any other asset, Solar PV systems require monitoring and maintenance, so to give you peace of mind we provide a Service Level Agreement with all installations. This offers you peace of mind that not only is your system being monitored daily, but that Westwood Energy will be there should you need us. All our products are backed by industry leading warranties which enhances uptime and mitigates a significant proportion of the ongoing operation costs.
Service Level Agreement
Maintaining a high level of service throughout the installation process is something that we pride ourselves on. This includes pre, during and post installation. That’s why, for an annual monitoring charge, we monitor all installations for faults and changes in performance. This ensures maximum uptime and the highest possible performance over the full life of the system. We use the best products available with industry leading warranties to give you peace of mind. Every Westwood installation is backed with a Service Level Agreement.
