What was achieved

Westwood Energy installed 250kW of PV on this North East England poultry unit. Installed over two phases, we were able to mitigate structural constraints and provide the client with a feasible and functioning solution to their high energy demands. A large ground source heat pump and the high summer load from high force ventilation make this site an energy hungry one and perfect for the deployment of PV. We installed on all three houses here, maximising the available roof space.
